Originally from Maryville, Missouri, Chad Lewis earned a business degree from Avila College in Kansas City, where he also played collegiate basketball. He and his wife, Sara, were married in Memphis, Tennessee in 2002 and now call Cave Creek, Arizona home. Together, they have two children, Ava and Gavin, who are both attending college.

Born in Arizona, Rachael spent part of her childhood in Arkansas before returning to the Valley, where she has called home ever since. Before joining Southwest Turf Support, she spent more than 15 years working in bookkeeping and office management for a CPA firm. Family is at the center of Rachael's life. She has been happily married for over 20 years, is the proud mom of three children—Nick, Alycia, and Rose—and loves spending time with her grandchildren, Scarlett, Violett, Elijah, and another granddaughter arriving soon.

Originally from Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, Tyler studied Turfgrass Management at Horry Georgetown Technical College in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania. Before joining Southwest Turf Support, he spent 26 years as a Golf Course Superintendent and Director of Agronomy. Tyler and his wife, Tina, met while working at Troon North Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, and now reside in Cave Creek, Arizona, where they are raising their twins, Jackson and Charlotte.

Originally from St. Joseph, Missouri, Phil Simpson joined Southwest Turf Support in 2011 and now resides in Las Vegas with his wife, Pilita. Together, they are proud parents to two children, Jayden and Journey.

Originally from Murrysville, Pennsylvania, Robby Davis began his career in golf course maintenance as a teenager, mowing greens during the summers while in high school. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Turfgrass Science from Penn State University, he moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where he advanced to Director of Agronomy for Rio Verde Services before joining Southwest Turf Support in 2017. Robby and his family now call Temecula, California home.

Gary was born in Bulawayo, Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe), and immigrated to the United States in 2002. He and his wife, Shelley, now reside in Indio, California, and are proud parents of two children, Kristen and Sean.
